Returns
Policy
We will replace your G-Tech product if it arrives damaged,
or is in any way defective on arrival, in which case you
must let us know within 7 days & return it to us in the
original packaging.
If you think your G-Tech product does not work, we strongly
suggest that you contact us first, so that we can talk you
through exactly how to use it. If you still can't make it
work then we will ask you to send it back to us so that we
can check it out & will send you a new one if it is
defective.
Warranty
All G-Tech products are covered for 12 months from date of
purchase by the consumer & covers faulty materials
& workmanship, however the G-Tech warranty does not
cover user error or abuse (intentional or accidental).
Date of Purchase will need to be established by either
sending us a copy of your receipt, or by on-line
registration at time of purchase.
The G-Tech Returns policy will not provide for a refund on
goods ordered in error other than in exceptional
circumstances at the discretion of the company.
