I cannot hear anything through my ear-phones.
You should check :
-- you have a track playing
-- the connection on the head-phone cable to your iPod within the bag
-- the connection of your head-phone cable to the outlet on the bags strap
-- you have turned the volume up

What happens if my Bag gets wet?
The Control Panel & connecting wires are all washable
& safe. The only component that cannot get wet is the
iPod Connection cable - which is removable.

How do I see how the buttons work?
You can't!
If you try to open the Control Panel then we cannot support
your warranty. If you want more information on the

What is the Warranty?
All Voltage products have a life-time warranty on materials
& workmanship. If you are a Curious George you are not
covered by our warranty - Curious George is someone who
opens the Control Panel or cuts the cables to see how it
works.

How long will the buttons last?
The buttons will last for a very long time if you treat
them properly - they've been tested to 100,000 key presses,
but it you open the Control Panel... then they'll stop
working & as we've said; Curious George is not covered by warranty.

What iPod's work with Voltage Bags?
All iPod's with a 30 pin Dock Connector will work with
Voltage Bags.

Will my iPhone work inside my Voltage Bags?
Your Voltage Bag will control your iPhone when you are
playing music (in iPod Mode).
You get the error message which says
"the device is not supported", but it works fine & no
harm will come to your iPhone - just press OK, then set
your play list & use your Voltage Bag to control your
music.

Can I answer my iPhone using my Voltage
Bag?
No - the Voltage Bag will only control the music function
of your iPhone. It cannot manage incoming/outgoing calls.
